Chia eggs are a great substitute for the real thing! Chia seeds are an abundance of nutrition. They offer omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants to fight inflammation, and minerals, are gluten-free, and keep you full with their high fiber content.

Chia Egg

This is a great substitute if you are vegetarian or have an egg allergy or sensitivity. It is really easy to make and can be done in less than 5 minutes.
