Chia Seed Dressing

This dressing is a light and refreshing addition to your summer salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon peeled and broken into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp cold or expeller pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until liquid.
  • Add to toss with your favorite salad
