Chia Seed Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 lemon peeled and broken into pieces
- 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and cut into slices
- 2 tbsp cold or expeller pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until liquid.
- Add to toss with your favorite salad
