What to Serve with Cauliflower Mash
AIP Mashed Cauliflower
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cup cauliflower pieces
- 2 tsp parsley
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and diced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Take a large pot and place the chicken broth and garlic cloves in the pan and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower and continue cooking until it becomes soft and mushy about 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and mash with a potato masher.
- Add the garlic powder, parsley, mix, and serve
