Photo and Recipe Sharing Policy

The recipes found on TheRadiantRoot.com are my creations. Recipe development and cooking are my pride and joy. It takes a lot of time to go from inspiration to recipes on the page. So I take a lot of pride in creating, testing, photographing, videoing, and writing up the recipe page.

I would love for you to share my recipes but please give proper credit and attribution. Thank you for valuing my work and please see below for my photo and recipe-sharing policy.

General Guidelines

I would love for you to share my recipes! However, copying and pasting is not sharing. Copying and pasting entire recipes are not permitted on

  • Any website(s)
  • Social media
  • Youtube

Do not alter my photos. This includes

  • Cropping
  • Adding text
  • Other alterations

An exception is posting a photo on Facebook with a link leading directly to my recipe. Please do not put any full ingredient and/or direction information on Facebook pages or groups.

You can use the “share” button on any of the posts on The Radiant Root’s Facebook page to share a link to any recipe. DO NOT copy and paste the ingredients and directions list into a shared post.

Photo Use

You are welcome to use a photo to promote a recipe or the blog in general. As stated above please do not alter the photo in any way including cropping or adding text.

You may also NOT republish the recipe itself or list out any ingredients or directions.

In addition, you MUST link back to the original post. If you want to use more than one image please contact me for approval.

Photos are NOT to be used in clip art/stock images or websites without permission. Please reach out for information on licensing details and pricing before using any photos. You can contact me by clicking on the button below

Recipe Use

Recipes may not be republished. All recipes are copyrighted material and may not be published elsewhere.

Taking recipes and pasting them on social media or your website violates terms and copyright laws. Please do not take my recipes without permission

However, if you want to recreate the recipe and share it on your blog you need to do the following:

  • Create your own photograph
  • You can use the original ingredient list
  • Rewrite the directions in your own words
  • Include a backlink to The Radiant Root recipe

Please be sure to include a backlink to The Radiant Root recipe otherwise Google will view it as duplicate content.
