- 1 lb ground grass-fed lamb
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2.75 medium carrots)
- 1 cup shredded zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 medium sweet onion peeled and diced
- 1 tsp dill
Get Recipe Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take a mixing bowl and add lamb, onion, zucchini, carrots, basil, dill, egg, and blend all the ingredients together.
Grab a handful of the meat mixture, roll into a ball the size of your palm, and place the meatball on the baking sheet.
Repeat until all the meat is used.
Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Let cool and serve
If you're not into lamb you can also use ground beef or turkey in this recipe
