Take all the ingredients and mix in a bowl with a resealable lid.
Place the pork chops in the bowl, seal with the lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Take the marinated pork chops and put on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
Cook for 25 minutes or until cooked all the way through (temperature should be 145°F)
Let cool for 3 minutes and serve with your favorite veggies.

This recipe also tastes great when grilled. Throw these on the grill for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side. If you want a juicy pork chop make sure they are at least 140°F and no longer pink. Let the chops cool for 5 minutes and enjoy. Don't have a grill? No problem cook them on a grill pan on medium heat until cooked through.
