Take a large pot and place the chicken broth and garlic cloves in the pan and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Add the cauliflower and continue cooking until it becomes soft and mushy about 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mash with a potato masher.
Add the garlic powder, parsley, mix, and serve

For more of a whipped potato feel you can use a hand immersion blender* instead of a potato masher.You can also substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth to make this a vegetarian dish.
