- 1 mango peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 medium red onion peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
In a medium bowl combine the mango, onion, cilantro, lime juice and mix well.
Serve with your favorite raw veggies or gluten-free tortilla chips
For a more flavorful salsa place in a sealable container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
