Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 medium red onion peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the mango, onion, cilantro, lime juice and mix well.
  • Serve with your favorite raw veggies or gluten-free tortilla chips
