Crock Pot Acorn Squash

Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Dried dill

garlic powder

Acorn Squash

Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise

Using a paring knife cut out the inner seeds and stringy membrane

Scoop out the seeds and membranes with a spoon

Place the acorn squash into the crockpot

Brush extra virgin olive oil on each of the acorn squash halves

Top with garlic powder

Sprinkle dill on top of the acorn squash halves

Set the crock pot to cook on high for 3 hours

Set the crock pot to cook on high for 3 hours

Let cool, cut into quarters, and enjoy
