"Cheesy" Asparagus bake

Asparagus

Extra virgin olive oil

Nutritional Yeast

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Line a baking sheet with a reusable baking mat or parchment paper. Then set aside.

Blend the ingredients together into a "cheese" sauce then set aside

Arrange the asparagus into a flat layer

Brush on the "cheese" sauce until the spears are well covered

Top with an additional 1 tbsp nutritional yeast for an extra "cheesy" taste

Place the asparagus in the oven for 25 minutes or until asparagus is crispy

Let cool and enjoy!
